Insurance Claim Windshield Replacement—A No-Fault Claim

A cracked windshield is usually not your fault. It's what the insurance companies call a "no-fault" claim, and as such won't raise your premiums. You may want to check with your insurance company or speak with one of our Auto Glass Experts to learn more.  Call Access 1 Auto Glass to get more information about filing an insurance claim for your windshield and auto glass repair.

However, you are responsible for paying your deductable in order for your insurance to cover the glass and labor. In some cases, your deductable will cost more than the quote we give you. Some people have deductibles as high as $1,000 so their monthly premiums are less expensive. In this case, you would have to come out of pocket for our repair or replacement services.
If your deductable is lower than the cost of repair or replacement, Access 1 Auto Glass can work directly with most insurance companies so you don’t have to experience the hassle. Usually, all we’ll need is the insurance company name and policy number.
